Taking it Step - By - Step -

Improving Relationships

Relationships can be very difficult for men.  Sometimes fathers are not good role models and do not openly show affection for their wives. Little boys are taught to be tough and not to cry or show emotions.  It's hard to build a relationship when you are so full of anger that you cannot control and your rage takes over.  We will work with you to get your anger under control and to learn to improve your communication skills.

Getting Un-Stuck

Sometimes, it's difficult to move on with life because we get stuck and don't have the energy to look for a different job, can't decide to go back to school, find it hard to get away from old habits and don't understand what it means to be a man because you never had a male role model in your life. We help you reshape old patterns in to new patterns and learn how to energize yourself and get back into the race.

Being a Father

Maybe dad was not there or dad was too tired or too busy to take time to be a father to you.  Maybe your life resembled a music video more than it resembled the Normal Rockwell "Freedom for Want" painting. (Remember the painting with the family around the table on Thanksgiving day?)  You want to have a better relationship with your children but don't know how. We can work with you and your children or and your family to improve relationships and communication.

Moving To Recovery

Addition keeps you from becoming the man you deserve to be.  You lose your dignity, respect, and dreams because you can't move beyond your the next drink, joint, or line. It could be gambling, porn, or videogames that you are addicted to. We can help you work on a your plan to recovery and help you as you move step by step to overcome your addiction.
